It brings me great joy sharing my love of movement and teaching with you, something I have been passionate about all my life. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to reach others through my online platform.
My exercise programs are designed to help you move with greater ease and confidence for a balanced body, improving your total body awareness and health. My goal is for you to perform the exercises safely, with proper function to achieve your best results. Wether you are new to Pilates or looking to enhance your practice, you are in a supportive and safe place.
I offer one on one training in Pilates and many other movement styles. Your sessions will be curated to reach your specific goals and needs. Wether you need to rehab after an injury or want a regular workout, I focus on precision of movement and specific cueing to accomplish your goals efficiently.
My Video on Demand subscription includes a wide variety of workouts to keep you challenged and to meet you where your are at on your fitness path. My Pilates videos include detailed descriptions of proper execution of exercises, incorporating aspects of Yoga, strength training, stretching, and fascial work to help meet your needs in one place for a whole body fitness.

I feel in love with movement as a young gymnast and again when I discovered Modern Dance in college. Twenty minutes into my first Modern Dance Class I knew this was exactly what I wanted to do and I couldn't believe that I had just discovered such a beautiful and fun way of moving. This began my life long journey of practicing and teaching movement to others. It is my greatest honor and desire to share what I have learned over all these years with you!
I am a movement educator with over 25 years experience who believes in empowering people through movement. I have taught thousands of people over the years become stronger and achieve their fitness goals. As movement has brought me so much joy, I am here to create a supportive place for you to learn, grow, and inspire you on your movement journey.
